摘 要:目的了解常州市手足口病流行病学及病原学分布特征,为手足口病的防治提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对2011—2015年常州市手足口病数据进行分析。结果 2011—2015年常州市共报告手足口病病例3 7735例,重症数91例,死亡数1例,年平均发病率为160.88/10万;发病高峰在5—6月,次高峰在11—12月;金坛、溧阳市、武进区发病率高于其他县区;男性发病率高于女性;病例主要集中在1~3岁组,绝大多数为幼托和散居儿童;5年间我市共报告实验室确诊病例1 741例,普通病例中以其他肠道病毒为主,重症病例中以EV71为主,两者病原构成不同,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=89.54,P<0.05)。结论常州市手足口病具有明显的季节、人群和地区差异,应科学开展监测工作,为防控手足口病提供依据。[Objective] To analyze the epidemiological and etiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Changzhou City, provide evidence for prevention and control the disease. [Methods] The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of HFMD in Changzhou City from 2011-2015. [Results] A total of 37 735 cases of HFMD were reported from 2011-2015, including 91 severe cases and 1 death. And the average incidence rate was 160.88/lakh in the past five years.The peak season occurred in May to June, and the sub-peak in November-December. The incidence rate of HFMD in Jintan,Liyang City and Wujin District was higher than that in other county/district. The incidence rate of males was higher than that of females. The cases were mainly in the 1~3 year-old group, and the most cases were scattered and kindergarten children. In the five years, there were 1 741 laboratory confirmed cases. The common cases were mainly caused by other enterovirus,and the severe ones were mainly caused by EV71. There were significant differences in the pathogen constitution of the two groups(χ~2=89.54, P 0.05). [Conclusion] The epidemic situation of HFMD in Changzhou City has obvious differences in season,population and region. It is necessary to scientifically carry out the disease surveillance to provide basis for prevention and control of the disease.
