摘 要:目的探讨城市社区公众应急认知的主要影响因素与提升策略,为制定相关政策提供依据。方法构建城市社区公众应急认知影响因素测量指标体系,运用因子分析法和皮尔逊相关分析法开展实证研究。结果研究分析得出影响公众应急认知的11个主要因素以及对公众应急认知影响作用大小依次是熟悉性、可能性、文化价值、应急心理素质、可怕性、应急准备行为、政府措施、学习意向、社区应急教育投入、负性信息、正性信息。结论从普及应急知识、创新应急教育方式、营造应急文化等3个层面入手提升城市社区公众应急认知。[Objective]To explore the main influencing factors and promotion strategies of urban community public emergency cognition in, provide basis for formulating relevant policies. [Methods] The measurement index system of public emergency cognition in urban community was established, and empirical study was carried out through factor analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. [Results] The results showed there were 11 main influencing factors which affect the public emergency cognition, and the role of the emergency cognition was followed by familiarity, possibility, cultural value, psychological quality,terrible degree, emergency preparedness, government measures, intention of learning, community emergency education input,negative and positive information. [Conclusion] Improving the public emergency cognition of urban community can be work out by the aspects of popularizing emergency knowledge, innovating emergency education methods and creating emergency culture.
