摘　　要：随着社会的发展,人们对生活质量的追求越来越高,物业管理作为一项社会服务,物业管理应怎样提高自身的管理水平,来满足人们的需求,真正的体现建筑的功能和作用,就成为管理者急需思考的问题,基于此,文本笔者将着重探讨我国目前物业管理存在的主要问题,并提出促进物业管理可持续发展的策略,促使物业管理更加专业化、科学化、人性化。With the development of society,people pursuit to increasingly high quality of life.Property management as a solservice,how to improve their management level,to meet the needs of the people,and truly embody building,to become magers need to think about the problem.Based on this situation,the author will focus on major problems in China's current property management,and put forward to promote the sustainedevelopment of property management strategy,make property management more professional,scientific,humanized.
