钢铁企业铁水喷镁脱硫专家控制系统研究

摘　　要：针对钢铁企业全面解放炼铁工艺、提高炼钢能力的问题,介绍了以乌克兰的"单吹颗粒镁铁水脱硫工艺"及其配套的铁水脱硫扒渣综合设施为设备基础的喷镁脱硫专家控制系统。阐述了钢铁企业铁水脱硫的工艺过程、主要设备、技术指标以及脱硫的意义;介绍了脱硫各个环节的逻辑关系、控制对象、性能参数,给出了专家控制系统的构成、控制思想、系统功能、操作形式和方法。应用结果表明,该系统是脱硫扒渣综合设施最为合理和最为经济的自动控制方案。In order to solve the problem of entirely increase iron-refining process and steel-refiningg ability,the process,main equipment,technology index and the meaning of liquid iron's eliminating Sulfur for iron companies are introduced briefly.The logical relation,controlled member,function parameter of each link of eliminating Sulfur are also expounded.The forming,the thought of control,the functions,and the control form and method of the control system for experts are referred.Application results show that the system is the most reasonable and economical automatical control scheme.
