摘  要:针对传统机械式压力检测台手工操作、记录、分析诊断费时耗力的缺点,采用智能化技术对密封舱压力进行自动检测和诊断。系统由压力传感器MPX5999和MPX2053、温湿度传感器SHT11采集数据,通过MAX197进行模数转换,由AT89C52控制电磁阀进行充气排气,再根据知识库给出诊断结论;并对其硬件和软件设计、压力自动检测诊断的实现原理以及非线性校正和软件抗干扰设计进行了论述。实际测试结果表明,该系统运行可靠,可扩展性强,适合对配气过程进行全面智能化控制。Aimming at the problem that manual operation,recording,analysis and fault diagnosis on traditional mechanical pressure testing consume time and strength,inteligence technique is adopted to automatically test and diagnose the pressure of airtight cabin.The system collects datas through MPX5999 and MPX2053,temperature and humidity sensor SHT11,makes A/D transform via MAX197,performs air charging and excluding with AT89C52 to control electric-magnetism value.Finally,diagnosis result is given by knowledge base.Hard and soft ware design,principle of automatic pressure test and diagnoss,nonlinear correcting and software disturbance resisting design are stated.Practical testing results show that the system reliably operates,possess strong enlarging ability,appropriate to proceed full scale intellegent control on air distributing process.
