摘　　要：通过建立以GPRS无线数据公网为常用通道的数据传输系统,建立监控中心与现场连铸喷印机在线监测的实时通讯。经过GPRS网络将现场设备的关键性数据远程发送到监控中心,通过数据采集、处理、传输,报警及存储备份等方式记录5m轧机喷印机运行状态的相关信息。主要是对基于GPRS网络的数据采集系统在连铸喷印机上的应用进行阐述。There has been a communication system which is used to connect the monitoring center with the local mark printing machine. The system is based on GPRS.The local mark printing machine send its key information to the monitoring center,the information which can be analyzed after data transferred,gathered,disposed contains 5m Mark Printing Machine' s running state.This paper is mainly expounded the application of GPRS on 5m mark printing machine's data gathering system.
