油酸甲酯溶剂对阿维菌素乳油药效影响初报

摘　　要：分别以油酸甲酯和二甲苯为溶剂制备1.8%阿维菌素乳油(EC),用闭口闪点试验器和旋转粘度计测定闪点温度和粘度,室内比较2种溶剂制备的1.8%阿维菌素EC 1500,2000,2500倍液对棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover、美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea(Drury)、桑白蚧Pseudaulacaspis pentagona(Targioni-Tozzetti)的药效。结果表明:以油酸甲酯和二甲苯为溶剂制备的1.8%阿维菌素EC的闪点温度分别为170.4,29.8℃;粘度分别为5.5,4.3 mPa·s。在稀释倍数和药后时间相同时,油酸甲酯制备的1.8%阿维菌素EC对棉蚜、美国白蛾、桑白蚧的室内药效均高于二甲苯制备1.8%阿维菌素EC,油酸甲酯可以替代二甲苯,对1.8%阿维菌素EC具有增效作用。The author prepared avermectin 1. 8% EC using methyl oleate and xylene,diluted them at concentration of 1 500,2000,2500 times respectively,and determined the toxicity of the diluted concentrations against Aphis gossypii Glover,Hyphantria cunea（ Drury） and Pseudaulacaspis pentagona（ Targioni-Tozzetti） in the laboratory. Flash point temperature and viscosity were tested by flash point tester and rotary viscosimeter. The results showed that the flash point of avermectin 1. 8% EC prepared by methyl oleate solvent and xylene solvent were 170. 4℃ and 29. 8℃, the viscosity were 5. 5 mPa·s and 4. 3 mPa·s. The toxicity of avermectin 1. 8% EC prepared by methyl oleate solvent was better than that by xylene solvent when they had the same dilution fold and time after treatment. As an alternative solvent for xylene,methyl oleate had an obvious enhancement effect on avermectin 1. 8% EC.
