摘 要:采用浸虫法测试了多杀霉素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和苏云金芽孢杆菌3种生物杀虫剂对油茶考氏白盾蚧Pseudaulacaspis cockerelli的室内毒力,并进行了田间药效试验。结果表明:3种生物农药48 h的致死中浓度(LC_(50))分别为2.40,4.60,31.18 mg/L;多杀霉素的田间药效最高,1 500倍液10 d的防效达94.38%,其次为甲维盐79.67%和苏云金芽孢杆菌64.83%。相比于化学杀虫剂,多杀霉素与毒死蜱的防效相当,故可作为有效防治油茶考氏白盾蚧的药剂。The laboratory toxicity and field control efficacy of three biopesticides to Pseudaulacaspis cockerelli on Camellia oleifera were studied. The results showed that the 48 h median lethal concentration(LC50) values of spinosad,emamectin benzoate,b acillus thuringiensis to P. cockerelli were 2. 40,4. 60, 31. 18 mg/L respectively. The field efficacy trials indicated that the efficacy after 10 days treatment with spinosad dilution 1 500 times against P. cockerelli was 94. 38% being the highest insecticidal activity,f ollowed by emamectin benzoate and bacillus thuringiensis with efficacy of 79. 67% and64. 83%. The field control efficacy of three biopesticides was consistent with the toxicity bioassay. Moreover,the similarity of field efficacy between spinosad and chlorpyrifos showed that the spinosad could provide an effective alternative to control P. cockerelli.
