摘  要:榫卯型装配式砌块是一种可以代替黏土烧结砖的新型墙体材料,具有利废、高强、环保、节能等诸多优点,但尚未系统地研究其基本力学性能。为此进行了24个足尺比例的榫卯型装配式砌块砌体轴压试验、24个抗剪试验以及12个压-剪复合受力试验。通过试验数据,研究了该种新型墙体的基本力学性能。试验结果表明榫卯型装配式砌块砌体的榫卯构造增强了砌体的抗剪能力,与传统砌块砌体抗剪机理有所不同。在试验的基础上,参照混凝土小型砌块砌体强度计算公式修正了榫卯型装配式块砌体的抗压强度平均值计算公式、抗剪强度平均值的计算公式及压剪复合作用下榫卯型装配式砌块砌体的受剪承载力计算公式,为榫卯型装配式砌块砌体力学性能的进一步研究及砌体设计提供试验成果及理论依据。As a new type of wall materials,mortise and tenon joint type assembly-block,with many advantages such as recycling,high strength,environmental protection and energy saving,can replace the clay sintered brick. However,the basic mechanical properties of this new type block are uncertain. Based on the 24 axial compression tests,24 shear tests and 12 compression-shear tests,the basic mechanical properties of this new wall material were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of mortise and tenon joint type assembly-block are unique,especially in its mortise and tenon joint structure. The special structure can increase the shear strength of the tenon block masonry. The shear mechanism of this new wall material is different from the traditional brick material. This paper also presents the tenon block's mean value of compression strength formulas,shear strength formulas and compression-shear strength formulas based on the experiments and the strength formulas of litter block masonry. Then the related formulas can be used for the design of masonry structure and the theoretical research.
