摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病(AIDS)及合并神经性梅毒(neurosyphilis,NS)实验室相关指标的变化及其临床意义。方法分别对31例AIDS单纯感染患者RPR阴性、TPPA阴性(单纯感染组)、19例AIDS合并TTPA阳性、RPR阴性患者(隐性感染组)、9例AIDS合并RPR、TPPA阳性患者(合并感染组)脑脊液常规及生化指标、血液T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测,分析3组间实验室指标的差异。结果 3组患者脑脊液蛋白质(PR)、脑脊液氯化物(CL)有核细胞数有不同程度升高,3组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);外周血淋巴细胞(LYM)、CD4淋巴细胞有不同程度降低,其中CD4淋巴细胞显著下降,2组比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 AIDS合并梅毒患者脑脊液蛋白质(PR)明显上升,CD4淋巴细胞显著下降,临床上应重视神经性梅毒的出现。Objective To investigate the changes of laboratory-related indicators in patients with AIDS combined with neurosyphilis（ NS） and its clinical significance. Methods The routine and biochemical indicators of cerebrospinal fluid and blood T-lymphocyte subpopulations were detected among the 3 groups,including the infection group（ 31 AIDS patients with RPR negative and TPPA negative）,the latent infection group（ 19 AIDS patients with TTPA positive and RPR negative）,the co-infected patients（ 9 AIDS patients with RPR and TPPA positive）,and the differences in laboratory indicators among the three groups were analyzed. Results CSF protein（ PR）,cerebrospinal fluid chloride（ CL） nucleated cells in the three groups increased at different degrees,and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）; peripheral blood lymphocytes（ LYM）,CD4 lymphocytes reduced at different degrees,of which CD4 lymphocytes decreased significantly,and there was statistical significance on the difference between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion PR of AIDS patients with NS increased obviously,CD4 LYM reduced obviously,and the appearance of NS should be focused in clinic.
