摘　　要：鼻用原位凝胶剂近年已成为药剂学研究热点。本文参阅近年来国内外相关文献,从鼻用原位凝胶剂的特点、分类、制备、评价方法和应用进行了综述,以期为鼻用原位凝胶剂的进一步研究与应用提供依据。Nasal in-situ gel has become a hot spot in pharmaceutics research in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristics, classification, prepration, evaluation methods and applications of nasal in-stiu gel by reviewing the relevant literatures at home and abroad in the late years. So as to provide theoretical support and method guidance for its further development.
