摘　　要：HD-Zip基因家族作为植物所特有的转录因子,在植物的生长发育过程中起到极其重要的调节作用。本研究以拟南芥中HD-Zip基因家族的研究为主体,结合其在其他植物中的相关研究,根据已有的实验研究和生物信息学分析,从四个亚家族的角度,简要介绍了其主要的结构、功能与表达模式,以期为后续研究提供一定参考。The HD-Zip gene family is a kind of plant specific transcription factor, which plays a crucial regulatory role in the process of plant growth and development. This review focused on the HD-Zip gene family in Arabidopsis thaliana and combined it with related research in other plants. Based on the existing experimental studies and bioinformatic analysis, the main structures, functions and expression patterns of the four subfamilies of HD-Zip gene family were briefly introduced, so as to provide a reference for further studies.
