摘  要:长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是分子长度大于200 bp,缺少编码蛋白质功能的RNA,根据lncRNA在基因组来源与邻近蛋白编码基因相对位置,可以分为5类:(1)正义长链非编码RNA;(2)来源内含子的反义转录RNA;(3)基因间的非编码RNA;(4)基因内的非编码RNA;(5)双向非编码RNA。lncRNA通过多种机制行使功能,包括激活、聚集或转运蛋白产生表观遗传沉默和抑制,核小体定位修饰启动子活性和调控DNA和组蛋白进行甲基化产生表观遗传学修饰。与m RNA相比较,lncRNA具有植物组织表达的特异性,植物lncRNA参与不同生物学代谢途径、具有多种生物学功能。Long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs) are defined as RNA genes longer than 200 bp in length that have no apparent coding function. Lnc RNA can be divided into 5 groups based on the relative location of the genome source and the coding gene of neighboring proteins:(1) sense long non-coding RNA;(2) antisense transcripts(NATs) derived from introns;(3) intergenic non-coding(nc) RNAs(linc RNAs);(4) intronic nc RNAs(incRNAs);(5) bidirectional long nc RNA. LncRNAs may execute their functions via numerous mechanisms, including activating, gathering or transporting proteins to produce epigenetic silencing and repression, modifying promoter activities by nucleosome repositioning, and regulating the level of DNA methylation and histone modifications to produce epigenetic modification. Compared with m RNA, lncRNAs has the specificity of plant tissue expression Plant lncRNAs are involved in different metabolic pathways, and are associated with various biological functions.
