摘  要:步进式热水器,顾名思义,就是逐层补水,逐步加热一直到水被烧开的设备,从而真正实现了冷水热水的完全分离。文章以STC89C52单片机为处理器,详细介绍了数码二极管显示电路、物联网控制系统、键盘控制电路、继电器控制加热部分以及DS18B20温度传感器。当处理器接受信号后对继电器发出控制命令,控制其线圈是否通电,通过对触点的控制来控制加热管,为了防止当液位过低时水箱发生干烧的情况,设置了低液位触发器并设有报警电路,同时还介绍了步进式热水器的收费系统与手机APP界面的设计。Step type water heater, as the name suggests, is to fill the water layer by layer, gradually heating up until the water is fired, thus achieve the complete separation of cold water and hot water. In this paper, STC89 C52 single chip processor is used as processor; and the digital diode display circuit, iot control system, keyboard control circuit, relay control heating part and DS18 B20 temperature sensor are introduced in detail. After receiving signal processor of relay control command, the control system controls whether the coil electricity, through to the contact control to control the heating tube, in order to prevent dry burn when there are low level cistern, set up low level trigger and alarm circuit. And the step type water heater charge system and mobile phone APP interface design are also introduced.
