美国大学的宿舍教育及其对我国大学的启示

摘　　要：宿舍教育是完整大学教育必不可少的组成部分,充分发挥宿舍教育功能,有利于使学生成为完整的人。美国大学宿舍具有不同学生混住、住宅社区开展教育活动等特征,有助于学生认识自我、挖掘潜能、成为合格公民并最终成为完整的人。与美国大学相比,我国大学几乎所有学生都住在学校宿舍,更应借鉴美国大学宿舍教育的经验,发挥宿舍教育的功能。The role of student apartments in education can never be ignored in a complete university education.This sort of education is conducive to making a whole person out of college students.The student apartments of American universities accommodate different sorts of students and conduct diverse educational activities,which help students know themselves,dig out their potential,turn into qualified citizens and eventually become a whole person.In Chinese universities,almost all the students lodge in the school dormitories,which is more convenient for us to take advantage of the educational function of school dormitories.The experience of American universities in this respect can be referred to.
