摘  要:通过金刚石ATR探头的傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)无损快速鉴别了烟酰胺、角鲨烷、1,3-丙二醇、3种椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱等化妆品原料。结果表明,烟酰胺实际样品和标准品的红外光谱图基本一致,相似度达到99.0%。角鲨烷和1,3-丙二醇实际样品和标准品的红外光谱图不完全一致,相似度仅为87.2%和61.2%。3种椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱为不完全一致样品。此方法能够运用于化妆品原料的快速检测。Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to identify the nicotinamide, squalane, 1,3-propylene glycol, three cocoamidopropyl betaine and other cosmetic raw materials by using diamond ATR probe. The results showed that the IR spectra of practical samples of nicotinamide were almost the same as that of the standard sample with the similarity being 99.0%. In the cases of squalane and 1,3-propylene glycol, the infrared spectra of actual samples and standard ones were not exactly the same, with the similarity being only 87.2% and 61.2%. The three cocoamidopropyl betaines were samples not identical. This method can be used tbr rapid identification of cosmetic raw materials.
