摘　　要：为提高工程勘察质量,本文针对工程勘察"成果不确定性"和"过程不可逆性",以"互联网+勘察质量管理"的思维,制定了企业及人员、勘察项目、勘察项目中间成果等信息的数据标准,建立了以外业检查、信息共建共享、工作通报督促为主要措施的1(重庆市城乡建委)+43(区县建委)信息化协同监管制度。以"重庆市工程勘察项目信息管理系统"为平台,通过"主体全方位、项目全过程、市域全范围"的三个全覆盖,实现了"过程留痕"、"责任可溯"的勘察质量信息化监管。工程勘察质量信息化监管的施行提高了该市工程勘察质量,促进了工程勘察行业持续健康发展。重庆市工程勘察质量信息化监管的探索对其他传统行业质量监管制度创新、技术创新亦有一定借鉴意义。In order to improve the quality of geotechnical investigation,according to the ＂uncertainty of achievements ＂and ＂irreversibility of process＂of the investigation,based on the thought of ＂internet plus investigation quality management ＂, the data standards of enterprise and personnel information, the investigation project,the intermediate results,etc. are proposed. The informatization supervision synergy system of 1（ i. e. Commission of Urban-Rural Development of Chongqing） plus 43（ i. e. County Construction Committee） with the main measures of external inspection, information sharing and information bulletin is set up. Using Chongqing engineering project management information system,covering three aspects including all aspects of every party,overall project process and the whole sites within the city,finally the investigation quality informatization is realized in which the process is recorded and the responsibility is traceable. The quality of investigation in Chongqing is improved through the informatization supervision,and the continuous and healthy development of the investigation is promoted.The exploration of Chongqing geotechnical investigation quality informatization supervision could be referred by the system innovation and technical innovation of the other traditional industry quality supervision.
