摘  要:地理市情监测需要采集大量的城市公用设施数据,范围广、种类多,采集数据量大。本文在分析城市公用设施数据采集传统方法所遇到的效率低、生产组织难、错误易累积、成果质量可靠性难保证等问题的基础上,提出了采用"天地图"和移动开发技术的解决方案,开发了手持移动采集系统,以"天地图"作为地图引擎,利用天地图移动开发接口,实现地图服务功能。采用SQLite数据库,并设计算法,实现公用设施等空间数据的组织和管理。该方法在地理市情普查和监测中得到了应用,运行稳定、性能可靠,数据采集和处理效率得到了提高。In geographic city monitoring,large amounts of urban public utility data needs to be collected.The data is very large and has a wide range of types. Based on the analysis of the problems of the traditional methods of urban public data collection,such as low efficiency,difficult organizing,easy accumulation of errors and no reliability guarantee,this paper puts forward the solution of using Tianditu and mobile technology. A handheld mobile data collection system is developed to achieve the map service function. The system has used Tianditu mobile development interface and taken the Tianditu as a map engine. The algorithms,using SQLite database,is designed to achieve the common organization and other spatial data organization and management. This method has been applied in the city census and monitoring,and has stable operation,reliable performance,and improved data acquisition and processing efficiency.
