对氰基氯苄废水挥发性有机物反硝化净化研究

摘  要:采用反硝化降解对氰基氯苄废水逸散出的挥发性有机物(VOCs),通过对比,发现反硝化法比普通生物法具有更加优越的净化效果。实验结果表明:进气浓度在350~820 mg/m^3之间变化时,加有硝酸盐氮的实验装置,VOCs的去除率始终保持在99%以上,出气无明显气味,而未投加硝酸盐的装置,随着进气浓度的增大,去除率由95.6%降低到72.0%。因此利用反硝化法处理对氰基氯苄有机废气是非常有效的措施。Denitrification was used to treat volatile organic compounds (VOCs) generated from p-cyanobenzyl chloride wastewater in this paper. It was found that the purifying effect ofdenitrification method was superior to normal biological method by comparison testing. The result showed that, with the increase of inlet concentrations from 350 mg/m3 to 820 mg/m3, the removal efficiency of VOCs by denitrification method exceeded 99% and the outgassing had no obvious smell. At the same time, with the increase of inlet concentrations, the removal efficiency of VOCs by normal biological method reduced from 95.6% to 72.0%. Thus, treating the organic waste gases from p-cyanobenzyl chloride wastewater by denitrification was an effective measure.
