摘 要:采用浸渍焙烧法制得了CuO_x-CeO_2/GAC催化剂,以H_2O_2为氧化剂,建立了微波强化催化湿式过氧化氢氧化工艺,对初始质量浓度为1 000 mg/L的二甲亚砜废水,催化剂投加质量浓度80 g/L,H_2O_2投加质量浓度800 mg/L,150 W微波功率辐照3 min,p H不需调整的条件下,二甲亚砜的去除率可达到85%以上。催化剂的SEM和XRD表征及活性组分ICP溶出结果说明,活性组分铜在催化剂表面以单质Cu和Cu_2O形式存在,变价形态对微波能具有更好的吸收作用,可以强化催化湿式氧化反应,助剂铈的加入提高了催化剂表面活性组分的分散性,使催化活性点位增加,并显著提高了催化剂的稳定性和使用寿命。CuOx-CeO2/GAC catalyst was prepared by impregnation-deposition method, and microwave enhanced catalytic wet peroxide oxidation process was established with peroxide (H2O2) as oxidant. Under the optimal process conditions of catalyst concentration was 80 g/L, H2O2 concentration was 800mg/L, irradiation time was 3 min with 150 W microwave and unregulated pH, synthetic wastewater containing 1000 mg/L dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) was treated and the removal rate of DMSO was 85%. According to the results of SEM, XRD and ICP analysis, Cu element existed in the form of Cu and Cu2O on the surface of CuOx-CeO2/GAC catalyst, it is believed transition metal with different valent states could absorb more microwave energy, which would facilitate the catalytic wet peroxide oxidation process. The addition of assistant Ce could improve the dispersity of active component in the surface of catalyst, which also increased the activated sites and enhanced the stability and useful life of catalyst remarkably.
