摘 要:介绍了一种新型煤基炭吸附技术在高浓化工废水处理中的研究应用,分析了2种煤基炭吸附剂对COD的脱除效果,采用污水药剂协同吸附技术、高效吸附床和饱和煤基炭吸附剂的燃料再利用技术,实现了高浓化工废水中COD的脱除及有机质的能源化。实际运行结果表明,采取3级吸附工艺处理高浓化工废水,可使其COD从80g/L降低到0.24 g/L,去除率达到99.7%。A new type of activated carbon adsorption technology was researched in treatment of highly concentrated chemical wastewater. Twokinds of carbon adsorbents were used in the technological process. By the combinationof synergistic adsorptions with ewage medicaments, the adsorption bedwith high efficiency and the reuse of the saturated activated carbon adsorbents, the removal of COD in highly concentrated chemical wastewater was realized. The actual operation results showed that by the three-time adsorption technology, the COD could be reduced from 8 g/L to 0.24 g/L and the removal rate reached 99.7%.
