摘　　要：目的解决我军自救互救目前存在的问题,为我军战伤自救互救能力建设提供借鉴。方法通过查阅文献资料、基层调研、专家论证等方式,探讨自救互救在战伤救治中的地位作用、救治原则及实施步骤,深入分析我军自救互救训练目前存在的问题,并就如何解决存在的问题提出对策和建议。结果我军自救互救训练存在的问题主要体现在官兵对自救互救重要性和必要性的认识有待提高,自救互救训练时间少且难以落实,自救互救技术与器材有待改进与完善,自救互救训练方式有待创新等。结论自救互救是战伤救治的开始和基础,对挽救伤员生命,防止伤情加重,降低伤死率、阵亡率起着十分重要的作用。实施自救互救时不能盲目施救,需遵循一定的救治原则和步骤。Objective To solve the currently existing problems of self-aid and buddy-aid in army,and provide reference for the ability construction.Methods The position and function,treatment principles and implementation procedures of self-aid and buddy-aid in the combat casualty care,the existing problems were discussed through the ways of literatures review,grass-roots research,expers agumentation,etc.Results The existing problems mainly focused on low recognition of the importance and necessity,training insufficient,backward skills and equipments,lack of innovative training methods,etc.Conclusion Self-aid and buddy-aid is the beginning and basis of combat casualty care,and play a significant role in saving lives,preventing the deterioration of injury and reducing mortality.It cant be implemented blindly,and must obey the principles and procedures.
