摘  要:微生态制剂(Probioties),也叫活菌制剂(Bigone)或生菌剂,是指运用微生态学原理,利用对宿主有益无害的益生菌或益生菌的促生长物质,经特殊工艺制成的制剂。目前微生态制剂己被应用于饲料、农业、医药保健和食品等各领域中。在饲料工业中应用的有植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等,近几年来,家禽家畜养殖业中微生态制剂已经在逐步地取代传统的添加剂。在未来,微生态制剂作为遵循生态环境自然循环法则的无公害制剂,将是添加剂行业的一种发展趋势。Probiotics , also called probiotics or probiotics (Bigone), refers to the use of micro ecology principle, utilization of host beneficial probiotics or probiotics growth substances, preparations made by special technology. At present, probiotics have been used in various fields of agriculture, medicine and health, feed and food etc.. The application in feed industry of Lactobacillus plantarum, Bacillus subtilis, in recent years, poultry and livestock breeding probiotics has been gradually replacing the traditional addi- tives. In the future, probiotics as a pollution-free preparation followed the ecological environment of the natural circulation rule, will be a trend of additives industry.
