摘 要:幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是最常见的消化道感染病菌,自19世纪80年代发现以后,其在多种胃肠道及胃肠外疾病中的重要作用得到证实。Hp可以通过多种机制参与疾病的发展过程,其中引起局部和全身炎性反应和免疫损害尤为重要。Hp可以定植于胃黏膜,导致胃内及血清中多种炎性介质水平增高,而肾脏疾病的发生如肾小球肾炎、肾功能衰竭、糖尿病肾病等经证实也与炎性反应有关,Hp可能通过增加炎性反应,影响体液免疫或细胞免疫参与多种肾脏疾病的病理过程。该研究对Hp与肾脏疾病的研究进展进行综述。Helicobacter pylori (HP) is the most common infectious pathogen of the digestive tract, since being identified in 1880s, its critical roles in many gastrointestinal and extra - gastrointestinal diseases have been confirmed. HP is involved in disease processes by different mechanisms, one of which significantly important is the local or systemic inflammatory response and immune damage. HP could colonize in the gastric mucosa, resulting in the elevation of many inflammatory mediators in stomach and serum. Many kidney diseases,like glomerulonephritis, renal failure and diabetic nephropathy have been confirmed to be related to inflammatory responses, and HP could participate in different kinds of kidney diseases by enhancing inflammatory responses to influence humoral or cellular immune response. This manuscript reviewed the research progress on the relationship between Hp and renal disease.
