摘 要:培养活性污泥,用其吸附不同进水浓度的含铬染色水,讨论污泥浓度、pH对活性污泥削减CODcr和脱铬的影响.发现高浓度进水活性污泥吸附铬达到94.8%,低浓度进水活性污泥吸附铬达到77%。用活性污泥分5次吸附含铬染色水,发现随着活性污泥对于铬吸附次数的增加,活性污泥脱铬的能力减弱,第5次吸附,单位质量污泥累计吸附铬量为43.42mg/g。探索了不同pH和加入FeSO4条件下脱除铬的效果,发现pH值为10且不添加FeSO4的情况下,脱铬后的铬浓度为1.47mg/L;pH值为9时,加入FeSO4情况下脱铬后的铬浓度为0.92mg/L。The active sludge was cultivated to absorb different high and low concentrations of chromium water, the influences of sludge concentrations and pH values on the decrease efficiency of CODcr concentration and the ability of chromium remove were discussed. It is found that under high concentration of dyeing water about 94.8% chromium is adsorbed and at low concentration of dyeing water, the active sludge can adsorb 77% chromium. The active sludge was used to adsorb the dyeing water for five times, it indicates that the chromium remove ability decreases with the adsorbing frequency of active sludge. Unit of gram active sludge can adsorb 43.42mg/g chromiumthe accumulatively in the fifth time adsorption. The chromium remove effects under different pH values and FeSO4 dosages were also explored. Results show that the concentration of chromium is 1.47mg/L under the pH value of 10 without FeSO4. While when pH value is 9, the chromium concentration is 0.92mg/L by adding FeSO4.
