摘  要:通过测试混凝土立方体抗压强度、劈拉强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、抗弯强度、渗透系数、碳化深度、相对动弹性模量及质量损失,研究了双掺粉煤灰及聚羧酸减水剂对再生骨料混凝土性能影响。同时分析了粉煤灰和聚羧酸减水剂对混凝土性能的作用机理。研究结果表明:当粉煤灰掺量为胶凝材料的30%、聚羧酸减水剂掺量为胶凝材料的1.2%时,相比普通混凝土,复掺粉煤灰及聚羧酸减水剂再生混凝土28d抗压强度提高了7.1%、劈拉强度提高了8.3%、轴心抗压强度提高了6.5%、弹性模量提高了4.5%、渗透系数降低81.0%、碳化深度降低34.4%,200次冻融循环后,相对动弹性模量提高16.7%、质量损失降低43.8%。双掺粉煤灰及聚羧酸减水剂适用于制备高性能再生混凝土。It studied the influence of mixed using of fly ash and polycarboxylate superplasticizer played on recycled aggregate concrete properties. The influence is tested through different aspects: the cube compressive strength of concrete, splitting tensile strength, modulus of elasticity, bending strength, impermeability, carbonation depth, relative dynamic modulus of elasticity, and quality loss of concrete. The mechanism of fly ash and polycarboxylate superplasticizer performed for recycled aggregate concrete was also analyzed. The research data indicates that when fly ash content takes up 30% and polycarboxylate superplasticizer content takes up 1.2% of the cementitious materials, concrete compressive strength of 28 d increases 7.1% compared with ordinary concrete at 28 d. At same time, tensile strength increases 8.3%, axial compressive strength increases 6.5%, and modulus of elasticity increases 4.5%. However, permeability coefficient decreases 81.0% and carbonation depth decreases 34.4%. After 200 freeze-thaw cycles, relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete increases 16.7%, and quality of the loss decrease 43.8%. The test result tells that performance recycled aggregate concrete is suitable for mixed fly ash and polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
