摘 要:目的:观察以健脾化湿为主要功效的中药芪山无糖颗粒(中药)对糖尿病前期大鼠模型的糖脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机分为6组,正常组、模型组、阳性对照组(罗格列酮)及中药芪山无糖颗粒高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。高脂饲料喂养建立糖尿病前期大鼠模型。16周后,各组大鼠给予相应药物灌胃处理10周后检测大鼠体质量、空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2hINS)、血脂、游离脂肪酸(FFA)和脂联素(APN)。结果:在降低体质量方面,中药各剂量组的体质量均较模型组显著下降(P<0.01),中药高剂量组的体质量较罗格列酮组显著下降(P<0.01)。在改善代谢指标和IR方面,中药高剂量组与西药组的FBG、2hPG、FINS、2hINS、APN、三酰甘油(TG)、FFA较模型组显著下降(P<0.01);中药高剂量组与罗格列酮组的总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较模型组显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),中药各剂量组和西药组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与模型组无显著差异(P>0.01)。结论:芪山无糖颗粒可以显著改善糖尿病前期大鼠模型的体质量、糖脂代谢,增加胰岛素敏感性。Objective: To observe the effects of Chinese traditional medicine (CTM) Qishan Granule with- out sugar on glucolipid metabolism and insulin resistance(IR). Methods: 60 Rats were divided into 6 groups, normal, model, positive control, Qishan Granules high, middle, low dose groups, each with 10 rats. Diabetes rats in early stage were built with feeding high - fat diet, each group was given the corresponding medicine or sa- line from the week sixteen for 10 weeks, body weight, FBG, 2 hPG, FINS, 2 bINS , blood lipid and FFA, APN lev- els of each group rats were determined. Results: The weight of Qishan Granule three dose groups was lowered to compare with model group (P 〈 0.01 ), the weight of Qishan Granule high dose group was lower than that of Rosiglitazone group (P 〈 0. 01 ). FBG, 2 hPG , FINS, 2 hINS , APN, TG , TC, LDLand FFA levels of Qishan Granule high dose groups and Rosiglitazone group were significantly lower to compare with model group (P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈0.01 ) ,HDL level in every group was no obvious change ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Qishan Granule without sugar can significantly control rats' weight, improve glucolipid metabolism, strengthening insulin sensitivity.
