全面发展以人民为中心的五大生产力

摘　　要：基于马克思主义政治经济学的基本原理,结合我国社会主义初级阶段发展生产力的社会实践,可以把中国特色社会主义生产力的基本特征定义为"一个中心、五大维度"的生产力体系:以人民为中心是全面发展生产力的出发点、立脚点和核心点;生产力的"五大维度"分别是经济生产力、科技生产力、社会生产力、文化生产力和生态生产力;五大生产力的作用是:经济生产力是物质的基础,科技生产力是智力的支撑,社会生产力是民生的保障,文化生产力是精神的引领,生态生产力是可持续发展的前提;五大生产力之间相互关联、相互促进、相互融合,同向发展、同行发展、共赢发展,统一于服务于以人民为中心的发展目标;进一步全面深化改革,是促进五大生产力实现跨越式发展的关键。Based on the fundamental principles of Marxist political economics and referred to the social practice of developing productive forces at the primary stage of socialism,the authors define the basic characteristics of the productive forces of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a productivity system with one center and five dimensions.People-centeredness is a starting point,anchoring and core point of the overall development of the productive forces.The productivity system contains five forces:economic,technological,social,cultural and ecological forces.The roles of the five forces are that the economic force is the material foundation,the technological force is the intellectual support,the social force secures peoples welfare,the cultural force directs a spiritual way,and the ecological force is the premise of sustainable development.All the five forces are mutually related,promoted and integrated,developing towards the same direction in a win-win way,and finally are integrated in realizing the people-centered development goals.Comprehensively Deepening Reforms are key to promoting the rapid development of the five major productive forces.
