摘 要:在役机组蒸汽初参数改造是节能降耗的有效方法之一。通过研究文献公开报道的锅炉蒸汽初参数改造的案例,总结了炉膛热负荷、受热面材质、再热器汽温和结构荷载四个方面的共性问题。基于机炉电之间的能量平衡,阐明了机组增容改造的关键问题。为了强调炉膛热负荷的重要性,结合某300 MW亚临界机组改造可研的实际案例对炉膛热负荷和煤的结渣性的关系进行了举例说明。从机炉之间能量传递平衡的角度,指出了汽轮机通流改造对锅炉初参数改造的影响。同时探讨了相关技术规范的更新对初参数改造的影响。Steam initial parameters retrofitting of in-service units is one of effective methods for energy saving. Based on literature studies of engineering cases on steam initial parameters retrofitting, four common problems was summarized, that is, furnace heat load, material of boiler heating surface, reheat steam temperature and structural load. Based on energy balance between turbine, boiler and generator, this research clarified the key problems of units capacity-increasing retrofitting. Specially, to emphasize the importance of furnace heat load, the relation between furnace heat load and clinkering property of coal was illustrated by the ease of one 300MW subcritical power unit retrofitting project at feasibility study stage. From the standpoint of energy balance between turbine and boiler, the effect of flow path retrofitting on boiler steam initial parameters retrofitting was pointed out. Meanwhile, effect of relative updated design codes on steam initial parameters retrofitting was investigated.
