品管圈活动在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后延伸护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)后患者中运用品管圈(QCC)工具对膀胱灌注和膀胱镜检查情况及患者满意度的影响。方法选择盐城市第三人民医院泌尿外科2012年1月—2015年12月间行TURBT的患者共152例,QCC开展前62例作为对照组,开展后90例作为实验组,比较两组患者术后膀胱灌注、膀胱镜检查及患者满意度等情况。结果实验组患者膀胱灌注、膀胱镜检查完成率及满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 QCC活动介入TURBT术后患者延伸护理中,可以显著提高患者膀胱灌注及膀胱镜检查完成率,提高患者满意度,减少膀胱肿瘤复发。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activity on patients＇ satisfaction,bladder perfusion and cystoscopy after transurethral resection of bladder tumor. Methods 152 patients who received TURBT in Urinary Surgery of Yancheng Third People＇ s Hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2015 were regarded as the rearch object. 62 patients treated before QCC were taken as control group,while 90 patients treated after QCC were taken as trial group. The bladder perfusion,cystoscopy and satisfaction after the surgery were compared between the two groups. Results In the trial group,the rates of bladder perfusion,cystoscopy and satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Quality control circle activity can effectively improve the achievement rate of bladder perfusion and cystoscopy in patients with bladder tumor,enhance patients＇ satisfaction,and reduce the recurrence of bladder tumor.
