摘  要:再生透水混凝土是一种环保型、节材型建筑材料,符合我国当前循环经济与环境保护的发展需求,但目前其性能的研究尚不充分,推广应用还受限制.采用以废弃预制混凝土梁构件为再生骨料来源,通过破碎、筛分获得再生粗骨料,配制再生骨料透水混凝土,以取代率及粒级为变化参数,设计了5组配合比.通过试验,获取再生粗骨料的物理性能指标及再生透水混凝土的抗压强度、劈拉强度、孔隙率、透水系数等性能指标,分析了再生骨料透水混凝土的强度、孔隙率及透水之间的关联关系.结果表明,再生粗骨料24h吸水率比天然骨料高约11倍;再生骨料透水混凝土的孔隙率为14.2%~20.44%,透水系数为0.19~0.46cm,且透水系数随着孔隙率的增加而提高;掺入再生粗骨料的透水混凝土抗压强度随着取代率的增加而提高,替代率为30%时,提高幅度最大;采用双粒级骨料,可提高抗压强度35.4%,但透水性能随之下降.Recycled pervious concrete is an environmental friendly and material saving building material,which conforms to the requirement of circular economy and environmental protection in China. However,the research on its performance is not yet sufficient,and its application and popularization is limited at present. The waste prefabricated concrete beam was crushed and screened as the source of recycled coarse aggregates to make the pervious concrete. Five groups of the mixture ratios were designed,with the substitution rate and grain size of recycled aggregate as the variation parameters. The physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,porosity and permeability coefficient of recycled aggregate pervious concrete were obtained through experiments. And the relationship between strength,porosity and permeability of recycled aggregate pervious concrete was analyzed. The experiment results indicated that( 1) the 24 h absorption rate of the recycled coarse aggregate was about 11 times higher than the natural aggregate.( 2) The range of porosity and permeability coefficient was 14. 2% - 20. 44%,0. 19 - 0. 46 cm/s respectively,and the permeability coefficient of recycled aggregate pervious concrete increased with the porosity.( 3) The compressive strength of recycled aggregate pervious concrete was higher than natural porous concrete,which increased with the rising of replacement ratio of recycled aggregate. When the substitution rate reached 30%,the maximum increasing was observed.( 4) The compressive strength can be improved by 35. 4%,when the double sized aggregates were used,but the permeability would decrease.
