摘 要:目的探讨特发性不育对精子、胚胎染色体及其辅助生殖结局影响。方法实验组中132例特发性不育患者患者作为实验组,正常生育组50例男性纳入对照组。同时通过荧光原位杂交技术对以上2组患者精液进行精子非整倍体检测,并对通过常规体外受精周期中受精的第3天的废弃胚胎进行胚胎染色体分析。分析以上两组的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、着床率、妊娠率及流产率等指标。结果特发性不育患者的DNA精子非整体率(5.75±0.51)%高于正常生育患者组(3.64±0.68)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),特发性不育患者的胚胎染色体完全正常率45.00(36/80)小于正常生育患者组63.95(55/86)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),特发性不育患者的受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率、植入率、妊娠率与正常生育患者组比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。而男特发性不育患者的流产18.18(2/11)高于正常生育患者组10.53(2/19),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论特发性不育患者精子、胚胎染色体非整倍体率增加,且特发性不育对辅助生殖结局也有不良影响。Objective:To study the influence of the idiopathic male infertility on embryo chromosomal abnormality and the outcome of conventional IVF-ET. Methods:The retrospective analysis was conducted with 132 idiopathic male infertility couples requesting IVF or ICSI treatments. 50 men with normal fertility and the natural history of fertility were dued to control group.we detected the seminal parameters and aneuploidy of and abnormalities in embryos and sperms derived from abandoned zygotes producedby conventional IVF by fluorescence with specific probes for chromosomes among the three groups. We observed the rates of fertilization,cleavage,good quality embryo,implantation,clinical pregnancy and abortion in different groups. Results:There were significant differences between the idiopathic male group on sperm aneuploidy(5.75±0.51)% and the control group(3.64±0.68)%(P〈0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups on the rates of fertilization,cleavage,good quality embryo,implantation,clinical pregnancy and the abortion rate. And there were statistically significant differences between the idiopathic male group and the control group in abnormalities in embryos,(P〈0.05). Couclusion:The idiopathic male may increases sperm aneuploid frequency. And it is related obviously with the rates of fertilization,good quality embryo,implantation,and pregnancy.
