山东省某地低档场所女性性工作者入行意愿及相关人口学特征

摘　　要：目的了解山东省某地低档场所女性性工作者的入行意愿及相关人口学特征状况,为今后开展疾病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法采取方便抽样的方法,对山东省某地低档场所女性性工作者进行一对一问卷调查,内容包括入行意愿及其目前和入行前相关人口学特征状况等,用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果共调查低档场所女性性工作者351人,主动入行者占62.1%,目前平均年龄（30.1±10.2）岁,入行时平均年龄（23.6±8.2）岁。被动入行者占37.9%,目前平均年龄（36.3±11.2）岁,入行时平均年龄（28.4±10.3）岁。两组FSW在目前平均年龄、入行时平均年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况和入行时婚姻状况的构成情况之间的差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）,而在民族、户籍和工作性质构成情况之间的差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0.05）。结论低档场所女性性工作者多以主动入行为主,其平均年龄和入行时平均年龄均低于被动入行者。建议,应在低年龄段女性人群中尽早开展针对性较强的宣传教育和行为干预。Objective To understand the sex sale willingness and the related demographic characteristics of female sex workers（FSW）in‘low-end＇establishments,so as to provide a reference for disease prevention and control.Methods A face to face questionnaire survey was conducted among FSW living on commercial sex in entertainment venues by convenience sampling.SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results 351 FSW were surveyed.Among them,62.1% FSW sold sale by their own willingness,and their average age of being FSW was23.6±8.2.37.9% FSW were forced to work as FSW,and their average age of being FSW was 28.4±10.3.The difference between the two groups was obviously significant in their average age,the average age of being FSW,education level,marriage,marriage status when they worked as FSW（all P〈0.05）.The difference of their nations,census registration and jobs were not significant（all P〉0.05）.Conclusion FSW working in ＂low-end＂establishments are mostly voluntary,and their average age and average age of being FSW are all younger than those being forced.It is necessary to carry out education and behavior intervention as early as possible among young FSW.
