摘 要:为从根本上解决网电作业设备由于需要接入高压变压器带来的安全隐患,组织了动力电池在油田网电作业设备上的应用研究工作,研制了基于动力电池的网电作业设备,实现了仅利用井口变压器即可满足整个作业过程的用电负荷需求。现场应用证明,动力电池在油田网电作业设备上的应用,实现了设备的本质安全,且具有良好节能环保效果,操作方便维护简单,可以推广应用。In order to fundamentally solve the potential safety hazard of network and electrical equipment connected with high-voltage transformer, application of power battery in oilfield equipment has been researched and network and electrical equipment based on power battery has been developed, meeting the power load need of the whole working process only with wellhead transformer. Field applications show that the application of power battery in oilfield equipment can ensure the safety of equipment and the energy-saving effect of environmental protection, which is easy to operate and maintain and can be widely spread.
