摘 要:利用天冬氨酸、2-氨基乙醇、2-氨基乙磺酸和氢氧化钠等分别合成了含羧酸基聚天冬氨酸衍生物、含磺酸基聚天冬氨酸衍生物和含羟基聚天冬氨酸衍生物。通过静态阻垢实验法和动态阻垢实验法,研究了聚天冬氨酸衍生物的3种不同功能基团对阻垢性能的影响。从实验结果可以看出,在聚天冬氨酸分子结构中引入羧基可以提高其阻垢率,而磺酸基和羟基的引入则会降低其阻垢率;含羧酸基聚天冬氨酸衍生物的动态污垢热阻最小,其动态阻垢率为96.13%。Polyaspartic acid derivatives containing carboxylic acid group,sulfonic acid group and hydroxyl group were synthesized by using aspartic acid,2-amino alcohol,2-amino sulfonic acid and sodium hydroxide,respectively. The effect of three different functional groups of polyaspartic acid derivatives on scale inhibition performance was studied by static scale inhibition test and dynamic scale inhibition test. It can be seen from the experimental results that the introduction of carboxylic acid group into polyaspartic acid molecular structure can improve its scale inhibition rate,while theintroduction of sulfonic acid group and hydroxyl group will reduce its scale inhibition rate. The dynamic fouling resistance of polyaspartic acid derivative containing carboxylic acid group was the smallest,and its dynamic scale inhibition rate was 96. 13%.
