摘 要:目的了解长沙市流行性感冒流感流行状况及毒株的型别分布,探讨长沙市流感活动规律,为流感的防控提供科学依据。方法收集2012年1月—2016年12月流感样病例(ILI)和病原学监测数据,对流行病学、病原学监测结果进行描述性分析。结果 5个监测年度流感样病例百分比(ILI%)与门诊患者百分比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5 692.835,P<0.01)。长沙市ILI%每年存在2个高峰,第1个高峰约出现在第2~8周(1—2月),第2个高峰约出现在第22~30周(7—8月)。各年龄组ILI分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=1 569.46,P<0.01)。2012—2016年各年度流感病毒检测阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=107.55,P<0.01)。结论长沙市流感流行呈冬春和夏季双高峰的特点,病毒型别变异频繁。坚持开展流感监测,为疾病预防和控制工作提供进一步的指导。[Objective]To understand the epidemic situation of influenza and distribution of dominant virus types in Changsha City,find out the epidemic law of influenza,and provide scientific evidence for influenza prevention and control.[Methods] The data of influenza like illness(ILI) and pathogenic monitoring from January,2012 to December,2016 were collected.The descriptive analysis was used in results of epidemiological and etiological monitoring.[Results] The difference in the percentage of influenza like illness in the outpatients(ILI%) was statistically significant among different years(χ^2=5 692.835,P〈0.01).There were two peaks of ILI% in Changsha City in a year,the first peak appeared during the 2 nd and 8 th week(January to February)and second appeared during the 22 nd and 30 th week(July to August).The difference in ILI distribution was statistically significant among age groups(χ^2=1 569.46,P〈0.01).From 2012-2016,there was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of influenza virus among different years(χ^2=107.55,P〈0.01).[Conclusion] The influenza epidemic in Changsha City is characterized by two peaks in winter to spring and in summer,and the types of virus type change frequently.It is necessary to carry out the influenza surveillance to provide further guidance for the prevention and control of the disease.
