摘　　要：目的评价唐山市重点职业人群在健康教育和行为干预前后的措施效果,探索布鲁菌病(简称布病)干预的有效措施。方法选择2014—2015年唐山市疫情较重的4个乡镇作为干预试点,对547名重点职业人员开展为期1年的健康教育和行为干预,干预前后用统一的"知信行"问卷进行调查,通过比较干预前后布病防治知识知晓率和健康行为形成率进行效果评价。结果干预后重点职业人群布病知识知晓率(70.4%)和健康行为形成率(55.8%)分别较干预前的知识知晓率(41.2%)和健康行为形成率(34.7%)显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=474.0,P<0.05;χ2=245.2,P<0.05)。结论健康教育和行为干预措施显著提高了当地职业人群布病防治知识知晓率,但行为改变需要长期、系统及全面的开展健康教育和行为干预。[Objective] To evaluate the effect before and after health education and behavior intervention of key occupational groups in Tangshan,and explore the effective measures for brucellosis intervention.[Methods] Four towns with severe epidemic situation in Tangshan from 2014-2015 were selected as intervention pilots.The health education and behavior intervention for 547 key occupational staff were carried out for one year.The survey was conducted to evaluate awareness rate of knowledge of brucellosis prevention and treatment and formation rate of health behavior by a unified knowledge,attitude and behavior questionnaire before and after intervention.[Results] The awareness rate（70.4%） of knowledge of brucellosis prevention and treatment and formation rate of health behavior（55.8%） improved significantly than before intervention,which were 41.2% and 34.7% respectively,the differences were statistically significant（χ^2=474.0,χ^2=245.2,all P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The health education and behavior intervention significantly improve the awareness of knowledge of brucellosis prevention and treatment,but the behavior change still needs long-term,systematic and comprehensive health education and behavior intervention.
