摘 要:轻压下是改进高碳钢小方坯碳偏析的有效方法。利用小方坯铸机现有拉矫辊进行轻压下工艺研究,通过力学计算对拉矫机压下力进行分析,并建立小方坯连铸凝固传热模型研究不同工艺条件下的铸坯固相率分布,研究小方坯连铸轻压下的可行性。为了达到良好的轻压下效果,并将现有铸机的拉矫辊由凹面改为平面。通过凝固计算和压下试验研究,开发出适用于当前小方坯高碳钢连铸的最佳轻压下工艺参数,结果表明小方坯高碳钢采用轻压下工艺后内部质量得到提升,碳偏析指数可降低到1.1以下。Soft reduction is an effective method to improve the carbon segregation of high carbon steel.In this paper,the existing straightening rollers were used to carry out the soft reduction.In order to study the feasibility of soft reduction for the billet continuous casting,the pressing force of straightening machine was analyzed by mechanical calculation,and the billet solidification heat transfer model was established to analyze the solid fraction distribution under different conditions.Meanwhile,the straightening rollers were modified from concave to flat.Through the solidification calculation and the experiments,the research developed the optimal soft reduction process parameters that is suitable for the current billet high carbon steel.The results show that the internal quality of the billet has been significantly improved,and the carbon segregation index dropped below 1.1.
