我国大学生跨地区就业流动的影响因素分析

摘　　要：大学生是我国劳动力市场的重要人力资源,大学生的就业质量是衡量高校办学水平和效益的重要指标。通过计算2010年至2016年间我国70所大中城市高校毕业生就业数据发现:一是城市公共服务和相对收入水平是影响大学生就业流动的显著因素;二是城市的高房价负担是抑制大学生就业流动的重要因素;三是大学生就业流动具有明显的核心城市倾向。我国大学生跨地区就业流动的这些特征对各城市的均衡化发展提出严峻的挑战。相应对策为:核心城市与非核心城市应通过错位发展来保障大学生跨地区就业流动的均衡性发展;引导不同区域城市房地产业合理发展,降低房价负担对大学生选择就业城市的抑制作用;核心城市应逐步疏解城市功能,非核心城市要采取积极的就业调控政策。College students are important human resource in labor market, the employment quality of college students is an important indicator that to measure and evaluate the quality and benefit of a college. According to the survey data of college graduates employment from 2010 to 2016 among 70 large and medium-sized cities in China, it is found that： firstly, urban public service and relative income level are the significant factors that affecting college students＇ employment flow; secondly, the burden of high housing price has become the important factor restraining the employment flow of collge students; third, the employment flow of college students has obvious tendency of core cities. These features of the transregional employment flow of college students has brought austere challenge for the balanced development of cities in China. Therefore we put forward the following suggestions： firstly, core cities and non-core ciries should ensure the balanced development of the transregional employment flow of college students by the means of dislocation development; secondly, urban real estate industry in different regions should be griven a reasonable guidance in order to lower the inhibiting effect that the house price burden brings about on the selection of employment city of college students; thirdly, core cities should alleviate city functions step by step, and non-core cities should take active employment-control policies.
