广西六甲人来源的分子人类学分析

摘　　要：　六甲人分布于广西贵州和湖南三省交界处,被识别为一支特殊的汉族支系,但其来源不清。利用父系遗传的Y染色体非重组区的基因型分型分析,发现六甲人与长江中下游的汉族相符,与福建汉族最近,而与相邻的侗、壮、布依、苗、瑶等族差异很大。确证六甲人的来源还有待于遗传学分析技术的进一步发展。<Abstrcat>The Liujia who are distributed in the border area along Guangxi Guizhou and Hunan, have been recognized as one of the branches of the Han nationality.The chromosome analysis indicates that the Liujia match the Han people in the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang River and are closest to the Han people in Fujian while they are greatly different from the neighboring Dong, Zhuang ,Buyi, Miao and Yao nationalities.Thus ,their origin will be confirmed by the further development of gene technology.
