摘  要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,乙醇(EtOH)和水(H_2O)为溶剂,盐酸(HCl)为催化剂,通过TEOS的水解缩聚反应制备硅溶胶。以聚磷酸铵(APP)和季戊四醇(PER)为膨胀型阻燃剂,二乙基次膦酸锌(ZnPi)为阻燃协效剂,复配得阻燃体系掺杂于硅溶胶,并将其用于涤纶织物的阻燃整理。整理品氧指数可达29.3%,垂直燃烧级别可达B1级。用热重分析仪分析整理品的热稳定性,用扫描电镜观察整理品残炭形貌。Silica sol is prepared by the hydrolysis and condensation reactions with TEOS as the precur- sor, EtOH and H20 as the co-solvent and HCI as the catalyst. Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and pen- taerythritol (PER) as intumescent flame retardants (IFR), and zinc diethyl phosphinate (ZnPi) as the syner- gist, are added to the silica sol to prepare flame retardants doped silica sol and the doped silica sol is ap- plied on polyester fabric. LOI value of the treated samples can achieve 29.3% and B1 rating is obtained in the vertical burning test. The thermal stability, morphology and structure of residual char are studied by thermogravimetry (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively.
