摘　　要：采用低温练漂剂TF-179、多功能精练剂TF-120EA和退浆酶TF-162F对棉毛混纺织物进行低温低碱的酶氧一浴前处理。优化的工艺条件为:ρ(TF-120EA)1 g/L,ρ(TF-179)2 g/L,ρ(TF-162F)2 g/L,ρ(H_2O_2)6 g/L,浴比1∶10,80℃处理40 min。按该前处理工艺加工,棉毛混纺织物能获得良好的前处理效果和含毛量。One bath of enzyme and peroxide pretreatment at low temperature and low alkali is applied to cotton-wool blended fabric with low temperature scouring and bleaching agent TF-179, multi-functional scouring agent TF-120EA and desizing enzyme TF-162F. The optimal process condition is ρ（TF-120EA） 1 g/L, ρ（TF-179）2 g/L, ρ（TF-162F） 2 g/L, ρ（H2O2） 6 g/L, liquor ratio 1 ： 10, treating at 80 ℃ for 40 min. The re- sults show that the treated fabric has good pretreatment effect and high wool content.
