摘　　要：采用分散染料、酸性染料、阳离子染料同浴方式对涤/锦/腈针织物进行染色,研究了染料配比、染色温度和助剂等因素对染色效果的影响,通过调节染色配方、工艺参数等使三种纤维达到同色性。同时研究了不同清洗和固色方式对染色织物各项色牢度的影响,确定了理想的牢度提升方案。One bath dyeing of polyester/polyamide/acrylic intertexture fabric is carried out with disperse dyes, acid dyes and cationic dyes. The factors such as ratio of dyes, dyeing temperature, and textile aux- iliaries on dyeing results are studied. Union dyeing of the mixed fabric can be realized by adjusting the dyeing formula and processing parameters. The influence of rinsing and fixing process on color fastness is also discussed, and a new process is developed for fastness improvement.
