摘  要:以丙烯酰氯和对位酯为原料,合成了一种新型碱性交联剂对(β-硫酸酯乙基砜)苯丙烯酰胺(ACPBE)。通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)及核磁氢谱(1HNMR)对AC-PBE的结构进行表征。将AC-PBE用于棉织物抗皱整理,研究了整理剂和碱的质量浓度、干燥时间、汽蒸时间、汽蒸温度和湿度对整理效果的影响。结果表明,优化的整理工艺为AC-PBE质量浓度80 g/L,碳酸钠质量浓度15 g/L,50℃烘干5 min,汽蒸温度110℃,汽蒸湿度75%,汽蒸时间5 min。将AC-PBE与多元羧酸的整理效果进行对比,发现与多元羧酸折皱回复角相同的条件下,AC-PBE整理织物的强力保留率更高。A new type of alkaline anti-crease agent 4-[(2-hydroxyethyl) sulfonyl acryl anilide sulfate (ester) (AC-PBE) is synthesized by reaction of acrylol chloride with para-ester. The structure of the target prod- uct is characterized by HPLC and 'HNMR. The influence of the amount of AC-PBE, alkaline concentra- tion, drying time, steaming temperature, steaming time and steaming humidity on the performance of the cotton fabric is studied. The optimal finishing process is 80 g/L of AC-PBE, 15 g/L of sodium carbon- ate, drying at 50 ℃for 5 rain, and steaming at 110 ℃ for 5 min with 75% humidity. The cotton fabric fin- ished with AC-PBE features high tearing strength retention compared with that with polycarboxylic acid anti-crease agent.
