摘 要:采用光纤激光器对奥氏体不锈钢锁底型焊缝结构进行焊接,分析焊接工艺对焊缝成形和气孔缺陷的影响,优化工艺参数,考察接头静态拉伸性能。结果表明:随着焊接速度的增大,焊缝形貌的熔深、熔宽出现下降趋势;相反随着激光频率的增加,焊缝形貌的熔深、熔宽增大。焊接速度相对于激光频率对气孔率影响更加显著。在激光功率P=3.5kW,速度V=2.5m/min,激光频率f=35Hz,可获得成形良好、无缺陷的焊缝,焊缝气孔率为2%,平均抗拉强度为母材强度的94.7%。焊缝形貌为T字形柱状树枝晶组织。The fiber laser was used on austenitic stainless steel lock bottom type welding seam structure, analysis of welding process to weld formation and the influence of porosity defects, optimizing the process parameters, investigating the joint static tensile properties. The results show that with the increase of welding speed, the penetration depth and width of the welding seam appear a downward trend. On the contrast, with the increase of laser frequency, the weld penetration depth and width in- crease. The effect of welding speed on porosity is more significant than laser frequency. At the laser power P=3.5 kW, the ve- locity V=2.5 m/min, the laser frequency f= 35 Hz, a well-formed, defect free weld was obtained with a weld porosity of 2% , and the average tensile strength is 94.7% of the strength of the base metal. Weld morphology is T-shaped columnar den drites.
