摘 要:目的在肥胖成年人中检验血清胎球蛋白B(Fetuin-B)水平与代谢综合征的关系。方法横断面调查收集1 318名中心型肥胖的普通成人人口社会学、生活方式及临床数据,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清Fetuin-B水平,使用logistic回归分析Fetuin-B水平与代谢综合征及胰岛素抵抗的关系。结果820(62.2%)例研究对象为代谢综合征患者,其血清Fetuin-B水平比对照组人群显著升高[(4.18±1.39对4.02±1.35)μg/ml, P=0.043]。随着血清Fetuin-B水平的增加,空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素水平及非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)患病率、胰岛素抵抗比例均显著增加。多元logistic回归分析,经矫正混杂因素后,血清Fetuin-B水平可显著增加代谢综合征及胰岛素抵抗的风险(OR=1.19,95%CI 1.06-1.34, P=0.004;OR=1.15,95%CI 1.01-1.30, P=0.031)。结论血清Fetuin-B水平与NAFLD密切相关,血清Fetuin-B水平升高可显著增加代谢综合征患病风险。ObjectiveTo investigate the independent association of serum Fetuin-B with metabolic syndrome in obese Chinese adults.MethodsCross-sectional data on socio-demographic, lifestyle, clinical characteristics, and serum Fetuin-B were collected for 1 318 Chinese adults with central obesity. Associations of serum Fetuin-B with metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance were analyzed using multivariable Logistic regression analysis.ResultsA total of 820(62.2%)individuals were identified as metabolic syndrome. Subjects with metabolic syndrome showed significantly increased levels of serum Fetuin-B than those with non-metabolic syndrome [(4.18±1.39 vs 4.02±1.35)μg/ml, P=0.043]. Increased serum Fetuin-B were significantly associated with increased fasting plasma glucose and insulin levels, as well as prevalences of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and insulin resistance. After adjustment for potential confounders, serum Fetuin-B was significantly associated with increased risks of metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance(OR=1.19, 95%CI 1.06-1.34, P=0.004; OR=1.15, 95%CI 1.01-1.30, P=0.031 respectively).ConclusionSerum Fetuin-B level was significantly associated with NAFLD; and elevated serum Fetuin-B was significantly associated with increased risk of metabolic syndrome.
