摘 要:为评价长江南京段表层水体磺胺类抗生素的污染水平、生态风险及健康风险,利用高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定了长江南京段水体中14个采样点的12种磺胺类化合物.结果显示,长江南京段表层水体中共检出了8种磺胺类化合物,总浓度范围为13.2—21.0 ng·L^(-1),中值为16.4 ng·L^(-1),平均值为16.2 ng·L^(-1),8种检出抗生素中最高的为磺胺甲唑,浓度范围为6.76—8.98 ng·L^(-1),其次是为磺胺嘧啶,浓度范围为2.52—6.59 ng·L^(-1).其中磺胺甲噻二唑、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、磺胺甲氧哒嗪及磺胺噻唑在所有采样点均未检出.总体来说,长江南京段水体中的磺胺类抗生素浓度与国内及国外其他水体包括河流湖泊相比处于相对较低的水平.对4种磺胺类抗生素的生态风险评价结果表明,所有的4种抗生素RQs均小于0.01.采用简单叠加模型计算的磺胺类抗生素的联合毒性风险熵范围为0.0029—0.0039,表明长江南京段磺胺类抗生素对于水生生物风险不显著.对4种磺胺类抗生素的人体健康风险评价结果表明,每种化合物对于每个年龄段的RQs均小于1,表明长江南京段表层水体中的磺胺类抗生素对人体健康无风险.Fourteen water samples collected from Nanjing reach of Yangtze River were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry( HPLC-MS/MS) to evaluate the contamination level,ecological risk and health risk of 12 sulfonamides. The results showed that eight sulfonamides were detected and the total concentrations ranged from 13. 2 to21.0 ng·L^(-1),median concentration was 16.4 ng·L^(-1) and mean value was 16. 2 ng·L^(-1). The highest concentration of the eight detected antibiotics was sulfamethoxazole( 6.76—8.98 ng·L^(-1)),followed bysulfadiazine( 2. 52—6.59 ng·L^(-1)). Concentrations of sulfamethythiadiazole,sulfamonomethoxine,sulfamethoxypyridazine and sulfathiazole in sampling sites were all under limit of detection. In summary,levels of sulfonamides in Nanjing reach of Yangtze River were relatively low compared to the other domestic and foreign rivers and lakes. The risk assessment showed that risk quotients( RQs) of four selected sulfonamides were all less than 0. 01. The combined risk quotients of 4 sulfonamides in water of Nanjing reach of Yangtze River were between 0. 0029 and 0. 0039,indicating that those compounds pose no significant risks to aquatic ecosystem altogether. Human health risk assessment showed that the RQs were less than 1 for the four selected sulfonamides,indicating that these compounds do not appear to pose an appreciable risk to human health from potential environmental exposure.
