摘 要:磷建筑石膏是磷石膏脱水制得以β-半水石膏(β-HH)为主要成分的产物。用磷建筑石膏(β-HH)来制备抹面砂浆,不仅可以间接性提高磷石膏资源化利用率,而且节约成本。本文通过正交试验得到了磷建筑石膏为主的复合胶凝体系,并且研究了缓凝剂对该抹面石膏的凝结时间和强度的影响,最后对所得到抹面砂浆的性能进行了测试。结果表明:该复合胶凝体系最优配合比为86%磷建筑石膏、6%水泥、3%生石灰、5%粉煤灰,标准稠度为0.62。在掺0.14%柠檬酸钠和1∶1的灰砂比情况下,获得抹面砂浆的28d强度可达到14.8MPa。Phosphorus building gypsum(PBG), a dehydration product of phosphogypsum(PG) is mainly composed of β- hemihydrate gypsum (β-HH). Using PBG as a raw material to prepare mortar material not only provides a effective way of indirect utilization of phosogypsum, but also reduces the cost of the mortar. The complex cementitious system based on PBG was obtained by orthogonal experiment, and the effects of retarder on the setting time and strength of the morter material is studied. Finally, the performance of the mortar is tested. The results show that the optimum formula is 86% PBG, 6% cement, 3% lime, 5% fly ash, and the standard consistency of the mortar is 0.62. With 0.14% sodium citrate and sand 50% sand ratio, the 28d compressive strength of the prepared mortar reaches 14.8MPa.
