摘 要:作为一种全新的人才招聘方式,网络招聘已经逐渐成为现代企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,是求职者应聘的主要渠道之一。但是随着国内招聘行业的不断壮大发展,混乱的市场环境逐渐让企业和求职者失去信心。本文基于现有文献从分类信息网站的发展模式和网络招聘的优劣势,浅析分类信息网站招聘的发展要点,为以后的研究提供参考。Abstract As a new way of recruiting talents, online recruitment has gradually become an important part of human resources management in modem enterprises, and it is one of the main channels for applicants to apply for jobs. But with the growing development of the domestic recruitment industry, the chaotic market environment has gradually lost confidence in enterprises and job seekers. Based on the existing literature, from the development mode of classified information website and the advan- tages and disadvantages of online recruitment, this paper analyzes the development points of classified information website re- cruitment, so as to provide references for future research.
