对乙酰氨基酚并舒芬太尼对新生儿开腹术后镇痛效果

摘　　要：目的评价对乙酰氨基酚联合舒芬太尼用于新生儿开腹术后镇痛的有效性及安全性。方法开腹术后新生儿60例,随机分为两组,A组静脉输入枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液0.05μg/(kg·h);B组静脉输入枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液0.03μg/(kg·h),联合肛门塞入对乙酰氨基酚栓20mg/kg(每6h用1次)。观察术后1、6、12、24h两组病儿镇痛效果及不良反应。结果两组镇痛效果相当,不良反应发生率B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.043,P<0.05)。结论对乙酰氨基酚联合舒芬太尼用于新生儿开腹术后镇痛效果良好,并且可以减少舒芬太尼用量及不良反应。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of paracetamol combined with sufentanil in analgesia for neo nates after laparotomy. Methods A total of 60 neonates after laparotomy were randomly divided into groups A and B. The neo- nates in group A were given intravenous infusion of sufentanil citrate injection at a dose of 0.05 μg/（kg · h）, and those in group B were given intravenous infusion of sufentanil citrate injection at a dose of 0.03μg/（kg · h） combined with paracetamol suppositories 20 mg/kg once every 6 hours. The analgesic effect and adverse reactions were observed at 1,6,12, and 24 h after surgery. Results The two groups had a comparable analgesic effect, and group B had a significantly lower incidence rate of adverse reactions than group A （X^2=4.043,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Paracetamol combined with sufentanil has a good analgesic effect in neonates after laparotomy and can reduce the dose of sufentanil and adverse reactions.
